Vroom Complaints USA.com was created after we purchased our first car from Vroom. Unfortunately, we had the worst customer service experience.   

Vroom seemed professional up until the point we close the deal.  When we tried to find our car in the shipping process they totally ghosted us.

We believe their business model is broken and we're not alone.  So we would like to warn others thinking of buying from them as well as launch a platform for anyone to share their Vroom nightmare purchasing/delivery experiences.

In our BLOG we will share other buyer experiences and other helpful car buying hints.  "We Opine" will not accept comments but if you want to share your opinion, reach out to us via our Feedback button.  

Our goal is to educate anyone thinking about buying through Vroom. We hope they check us out periodically to see the customer feedback we post.

If enough of us share our experiences, maybe Vroom will change their “Broken Business Model!”
